We are delighted to announce that on 6th June 2024, Womentors took a momentous stride in fostering an inclusive and diverse work culture by becoming a signatory to The Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter For Employers, overseen by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) in Hong Kong.
Launched by the EOC in 2018, the Charter offers guidelines for achieving racial diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace. It includes policies for racial equality, fair recruitment and promotion, and fostering an inclusive environment. To date, over 400 organizations have come on board – Womentors is proud to be among them.
